“Our first impressions of Vivo’s latest selfie-centric smartphone, the V5s” Some of the most popular photos on social media platforms these days are selfies. The craze surrounding this phenomenon is growing at an exponential rate, so much so that the word ‘selfie’ was officially added to the Oxford dictionary in 2013. Clearly, there are lots of selfie enthusiasts out there, and one of the brands which has been able to capitalize on this trend is Chinese Smartphone manufacturer Vivo with its wide range of selfie-centric Smartphone’s. The company has just added the Vivo V5s to its roster and here are our first impressions of the same. The Vivo V5s comes packaged in a white cardboard box opening which, buyers will find the Smartphone, a well charger, a micro-USB cable, a transparent case and a pair of in-ear type earphones. Design-wise, Vivo has taken the “if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it” philosophy and the V5s does little to differentiate itself from its predecessors. The Smartphone is fairly sleek and sports a unibody metal design which is void of any texture on the back, giving the handset a minimalistic look. However, the caveat here is that the handset is slippery and we’d recommend buyers to slap on the included case if they want to avoid frequent trips to the service center. Buyers do get a fingerprint sensor embedded within the handset’s capacities home button which was fairly accurate in the brief time we tested the device. The port placement of the Smartphone is standard, and you get the volume rocker and the power button placed on the right of the device. The left side of the Smartphone houses the hybrid SIM tray with the bottom reserved for a micro-USB port and a headphone jack. For display, the V5s has been furnished with a 5.5-inch HD display. Considering the asking price of the Smartphone, the HD resolution is a bummer and might turn away prospective buyers. Nevertheless, the display does get sufficiently bright and has decent color reproduction too. In the performance department, the Vivo V5s is being powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 chip which works in tandem with 4GB of RAM. It offers a generous 64GB storage. In the brief time we spent with the device, the handset performed quite well and rendered all the launcher animations and transitions smoothly. There was a slight delay between opening and closing some apps, but we’ll have to put the device through its paces before we further comment on the smartphone’s overall performance.
Cameras have always been Vivo’s strong suit and the trend continues with the V5s too. While it’s still too early to tell just how good the cameras are, the rudimentary shots we took with the Smartphone looked really promising. Resolution-wise, the smartphone rocks a 20MP selfie shooter and a 13MP rear-facing sensor, both of which come with a dedicated LED flash unit. The Vivo V5s is fuelled by a 3,000mAh battery and runs Android Marshmallow upon boot. The device is slated to go on sale and will be available at major brick-and-mortar stores across the country. When we discussed about the Vivo V5 mobile as elaborately but the rate of this mobile has been also we have to focus. Compared with other site Poorvika mobiles has best price in the market place. Apple yesterday unleashed the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus as its first dust and water resistant iPhones, thanks to the IP67 certification. This means they are 100 percent resistant to dust and should survive being submerged under a metre of water for up to 30 minutes. The idea isn’t to take them swimming, but they can survive accidental drops in pools, sinks, and the shower, and the odd downpour. However, Apple mentions that splash, water and dust resistance are not permanent as conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of wear and tear. Also, Apple won’t cover liquid damage on the new iPhones under the warranty, so don’t count on the brand to replace them at no charge. In 2006, Apple introduced the iPad Nano Special Edition in partnership with (RED). Now the company bringing the iPhone into the (RED) fold with the launch of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus RED Special Edition. (RED) is a licensed band that seeks to engage the private sector in raising awareness and funds to eliminate HIV/AIDS in Africa. The new (RED) iPhone 7 and 7 Plus flaunt a red aluminium finish, and perhaps is the most striking of all the colour options available. As with all previous Apple (RED) products, a portion of every (RED) iPhone sold will go to The Global Fund, which is a non-profit organisation that helps finance HIV/AIDS grants in several countries. The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus RED Special Edition will be available in 128GB and 256GB storage variants at a starting price of Rs 82,000. It will go on sale in India in April. In the year of 2017 Poorvika mobiles has taken the greatest challenge by Apple products with lowest price list for our customer satisfaction and Poorvika mobiles has always thinking about our customer needs So only in every moment the price of each mobiles brand as initiated to our customers norms…. Just a few hours ago, the Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus went on sale in 28 regions across the globe. As expected, soon after the sale began, do-it-yourself repair site iFixit, best known for its tear downs of devices, has ripped apart the brand new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus and detailed what’s inside. The tear down of both phones reveals all the details that the company doesn’t mention in the features sheet, including RAM and battery capacity. Talking about the iPhone 7 first, iFixit reveals that the phone gets 2GB of LPDDR4 RAM, made by Samsung. The phone is fuelled by a 1,960mAh battery, which is significantly more powerful than the 1,715mAh unit found on the iPhone 6s. The teardown also reveals that the iPhone 7 gets a Qualcomm MDM9645M LTE Cat. 12 Modem. However, in some regions, the phone packs in an Intel modem. As for the iPhone 7 Plus, its tear down reveals that the phone offers 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM, also manufactured by Samsung. The phone packs in a 2,900mAh battery, which is beefier than the 2,750mAh unit found on the iPhone 6s Plus. iFixit’s teardown reveals that the iPhone 7 Plus features a Qualcomm MDM9645M LTE. Cat 12 modem.
Apart from the hardware, another notable finding by iFixit was about what Apple placed in iPhone 7 Plus where the 3.5mm headphone jack used to be in the earlier models. The freed space is now occupied by a barometric vent and the Taptic Engine for the new pressure-sensitive Home button. For those unaware, the barometer sensor in a phone measures atmospheric pressure. So, as you may have noticed, the new iPhones have speaker grilles on each side of the Lightning connector, but there’s still only a single speaker on the right side. Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones on March 29th, but that hasn’t put a stop to the leaks. Last week, a report revealed key details regarding the camera features of the upcoming Samsung flagships. Now new details regarding the colour options and European pricing have also surfaced, thanks to tipster Evan Blass. Blass has posted press renders of various colour options of the Galaxy S8 and S8+, including Black Sky, Orchid Grey and Arctic Silver. Interestingly, as per the renders, Samsung has decided to go with a black front fascia for these color variants of the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. It’s quite possible that some other color options could be available sy the launch. Coming to the pricing, the Blass suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S8’s price will start at Lowest price, while the Galaxy S8+ will start at Cheapest price. The tipster also suggests that there will be an optional DeX accessory for the new Galaxy phones , which is expected to allow the phones to be used as a desktop by connecting to a monitor. The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ flaunt essentially the same camera as their predecessors, consisting of a 12MP Dual Pixel sensor with f/1.7 aperture, OIS and phase detection auto focus. For selfies, they get 8-megapixel cameras with autofocus. Connectivity-wise, they offer Cat 16 LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, 3.5mm headphone jacks and GPS with GLONASS.
The phones are also Gigabit LTE and Gigabit Wi-Fi ready. Additionally, they feature Dual Bluetooth Audio, allowing you to pair two headphones / speakers at the same time. On the software front, they boot Android 7.1 Nougat with the brand’s custom UI on top. The Galaxy S8 is fuelled by a 3,000mAh battery, while the Galaxy S8+ gets a bigger 3,500mAh cell. They also support wireless charging and Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2.0 technology. In Poorvikamobile has been launched the new creation of Samsung galaxy S8 and Samsung galaxy S8 plus. Now it has comes up with pre book only In current situation it’s have very limited stock so book first and enjoyed it till the life end Earlier reports had suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S8 flagship would be available in 5.1-inch and 5.5-inch size variants, just like its predecessor. Now a fresh report out of Samsung’s home country of South Korea suggests otherwise. As per the source, Samsung is making two variants of the Galaxy S8 – one with a 5-inch display and another with a 6-inch screen, with the latter being called the Galaxy S8 Plus. The report claims that Samsung has already ordered parts for two devices with the aforementioned screen sizes. The rumour suggests that there will be no physical home button on the upcoming Samsung flagship and that the screen will occupy the biggest part of the front panel. This will allow the device to retain the same size as the Galaxy S7 edge, despite a bigger 6-inch screen. The brand has allegedly told its suppliers to start producing parts for both Galaxy S8 variants from next month. A recent report suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S8 would sport a wraparound, bezel-less OLED display. It will likely sport a virtual home button, which would be placed below the glass in the lower section. The device will be powered by a Snapdragon 835 SoC or the brand’s own latest Exynos chipset. It is also rumoured to come with an upgraded digital assistant, allegedly dubbed Bixby. The reports suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will not be unveiled at MWC 2017 in March. Instead, the company is planning to launch the new flagships at a separate event in New York in April. There’s no way to confirm the authenticity of these reports, so it’s advisable to take the news with a pinch of salt for now. The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ feature an onscreen pressure sensitive home button instead of a physical button, with the fingerprint sensor moved to the rear next to the primary camera. Apart from this, the phones also offer Iris scanners and face recognition security features.
Samsung’s latest flagships ship with its new Bixby smart assistant, which gets a dedicated button on the left side. They also come with support for the DeX dock, which lets you hook the phones up to a monitor and keyboard for a PC experience. In Poorvikamobile has been launched the new creation of Samsung galaxy S8 and Samsung galaxy S8 plus. Now it has comes up with pre book only In current situation its have very limited stock so book first and enjoyed it till the life end It’s official! Samsung has finally taken the covers off its latest flagship devices at its UNPACKED event in New York. After months of rumors and leaks, it all boils down to this… the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8+ have been revealed. The launch is probably one of the most important ones in the Korean giant’s diary, not only because of the wide array of new features on store, but also because it marks the brand’s first flagship launch after the unforgettable Note7 fiasco last year. On the bright side, this also means that Samsung would have tested each part more rigorously in order to ensure nothing comes in the way of the best Smartphone it has to offer till date. But what makes the Samsung Galaxy S8 such a promising device? Here’s a look at the top eight features of the Samsung Galaxy S8. DESIGN One of the hallmark features of the new Samsung Galaxy S8 duo is the revolutionary design; it seems like bezels are a thing of the past. Apart from the minimal bezels on the top and bottom, there is no wasted space on the front fascia. The physical home button is no more, but it’s now available onscreen and is pressure sensitive just like the iPhone’s force touch! The Galaxy S8 is one of the best looking Smartphone ever made by Samsung. The glass blends nicely to the metal chassis which further flows to the glass back that has far become a go-to choice for premium Samsung Smartphone. And did we mention that the device comes with IP certification against dust and water? Sweet. INFINITY DISPLAY The Galaxy S8 flaunts a 5.8-inch AMOLED infinity display with minimal bezels, while the Galaxy S8+ utilizes a 6.2-inch panel. Both displays sport a resolution of 2,960 x 1,440 pixels and curve on the side edges. They come with rounded corners which give them an appealing look. The inclusion of the Always On display is a welcome addition. Samsung also promises richer colors, thanks to the Mobile HDR Vibrant certification for the display. A point worth noting here is that due to the slim bezels, Samsung has managed to fit a 5.8-inch display in a body smaller than most 5.5-inches. HARDWARE As expected, you get all the hardware prowess you expect from a Samsung flagship. For instance, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 835 / Exynos 8895 SoC (depending on region), coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. The shift to 10nm manufacturing process will result in better performance, more efficiency and also produce less heat. Apart from this, The Galaxy S7 runs on Android Nougat out-of-the-box and comes with support for Google Daydream and Vulcan API. For the audiophiles, Samsung has included a “Bluetooth dual audio” feature using which you can stream audio to two Bluetooth devices at once, as well as manage their volume levels individually. PLETHORA OF UNLOCK OPTIONS An iris scanner in the S8 duo was widely expected, especially since the Galaxy Note7 featured one. But it’s just one of the unlock options you’ll have at bay. You can choose to use your Fingerprint, your iris scan or even the New face recognition technology that can unlock your device in a jiffy. What’s more? You can use these methods to restrict access to the apps you want secured. CAMERAS At the rear, the Galaxy S8 and S8+ feature the same 12MP dual-pixel camera as their predecessor, albeit with a few improvements. One of the key additions is the new multi-frame processing which takes multiple photos and takes the best out of each photo to create one photo of richer quality. Other features like OIS and different modes like panorama, slow motion, and pro mode make a reappearance. At the front, the devices sport an 8MP sensor that now comes with autofocus, a rarity in present day Smartphone. BIXBY Bixby is Samsung’s answer to the Apple’s Siri. But where it gets ahead is that Bixby understands context on your screen. What this means is that Bixby understands what’s on your screen and performs accordingly. Samsung has also incorporated Bixby with the camera, allowing you to gather more information about locations, translate languages and much more. And, did we mention that Bixby gets its own physical button on the side? Despite a slim streamlined design, Samsung has managed to include some of the fan favourites. The hybrid microSD card slot returns, meaning you can either use two SIM-slots or a single SIM and a microSD card up to 256GB. Furthermore, the Korean giant has also included a 3.5mm headphone jack in its latest flagships. Talk about having courage. So, whether you like to store big videos on your device or if you’re an audiophile the Samsung Galaxy S8 has got you covered. SAMSUNG DEX You can use the new Samsung DeX dock accessory for the Galaxy S8 to turn your phone into a PC. Just connect your phone to the device, along with a monitor, keyboard and mouse if you so wish to. What you’ll get is bigger and better apps, with resizable windows, much like a desktop experience. Apart from this, Samsung also introduced a new Gear 360 VR camera. Combine that with the Gear S3 and Gear VR, and you’ll have a whole bunch of Samsung accessories to go with your new smartphone. Of course, most of these features have been available in the market in some form or the other, be it the DeX which feels similar to Microsoft’s Surface Dock, or the taller Infinity display which reminds us of the recently launched LG G6. But Samsung has created a beautiful amalgamation of all these features in a stunning device. This holds true in the Smartphone world too, especially when we’re talking about a top-tier brand like Samsung, and especially if it concerns its last big flagship. The Note7 debacle is fresh in our minds as we write this, and therefore, the latest and greatest from the Chaebol, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ have a lot riding on their shoulders. The onus is upon them to make things right, so to speak, and ensure that Samsung can come out on top yet again by wowing the consumers with what they have to offer. With the S8 and S8+, Samsung needed to perform a fine balancing act – stick to the tried and tested to be on the safer side, yet pack in enough oomph to wow the world. We’ve just had a chance to play with the new flagships briefly and we think Samsung might just have pulled it off. The oomph we referred to earlier comes in the form of a radical new design, which basically gets rid of the bezels and helps cram in larger displays in relatively compact bodies. The screen-to-body ratio is insane, which means that the Galaxy S8 can pack in a 5.8-inch display (dubbed Infinity Display) in a body even smaller than regular 5-inch phone. Similarly, the S8+ packs in a 6.2-inch display in a body hardly bigger than a conventional 5.5-inch phone. The S8 and S8+ screens feel longer and narrower than the usual, and the brand has changed the screen aspect ratio to 18.5:9, somewhat like the upcoming LG G6. The design change means there’s no place for Samsung’s familiar home button / fingerprint scanner combo on the chin. To get around this, Samsung has moved the fingerprint scanner to the back, to the right of the camera module. The home button and the navigation keys are now onscreen. The screens on both flagships are curved on both sides, much like the Galaxy S7 edge, and the construction is mostly glass (with a metal frame between the front and the back). We think you’d need to be careful and avoid dropping your S8 / S8+ at all costs, if you don’t want to risk scratches and dents… or worse, ending up breaking the screen. To give you an idea of what the retail box contains, apart from the phone, you get a USB Type-C cord, wall charger, a pair of premium AKG earphones with spare rubber tips, a USB Type-C OTG adapter, and lastly, a Type-C to micro-USB adapter as well. Interestingly, the Galaxy S8 duo are the first Smartphone to come with Bluetooth 5.0. Apart from other advantages like improved range and faster transfer speeds, this new standard brings Dual Audio, a feature that lets you connect and use two pairs of Bluetooth headphones simultaneously.
